She had lived the last two years of her life at Rosehill Manor in Berrien Springs. Funeral services will be held at the chapel at Riverside Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio, at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 26. Visitation with family and friends will be at 1 p.m. at the chapel. Elizabeth was born in Youngstown, Ohio, on Aug. 11, 1913, to Dr. James and Gertrude (Dibble) Reid. She was the youngest of three siblings, Francella Goodness and Richard Reid, preceded her in death. She lived most of her adult life in Fairview Park, Ohio, at her beloved home on Bonnie Bank Lane. She was married for 51 years to Roland E. Prasse, who preceded her in death on June 22, 1987. Elizabeth has two daughters, Susan Struwin and Linda Goldner. She was the type of mom that every child deserves and we are forever grateful for her marvelous influences that shaped and molded our lives. Elizabeth did some modeling in her younger years and was active in the PTO and other activities and events that surrounded the lives of her family. She worked for many years at Halles in Fairview Park, Ohio, to help financially with her daughters’ educations. Besides her two daughters, Elizabeth is survived by her sons-in-law, Jack Struwin and Lee Goldner; five grandchildren, Kenneth Goldner, Christopher Goldner, Rachel Elizabeth Struwin, Michael Struwin, Tosh Struwin and daughter-in-law, Sara Struwin. Elizabeth also has two precious great-grandchildren, Claire Struwin and Emma Struwin, and many other friends and relatives who will miss her very much.
