Cayden's Obituary
Cayden’s life began on June 11, 2012 in Niles, Michigan the son of Trevyn Conley and Ember Smith. Cayden was born prematurely; however, he was a real fighter. His loving family includes his parents; grandparents, Mike and Cheryl Smith, Lori Walker, Roger Conley; aunts and uncles, Kelsi Smith, Austin Conley, Karen Muma, Savannah Muma and Dylan Conley. Cayden passed away on February 17, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN.His family will gather with friends on Saturday at 9:30 A.M. at Yazel & Clark Chapel. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. at the chapel led by Pastor Thomas Stout. Interment will be in Calvin Cemetery.
