Jan Boone

Jan Boone, 60, of Benton Harbor, went to meet her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, Monday November 22, 2004 while visiting family in Toledo, Ohio. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the Living Stones Church of God, 1185 Maynard Dr., Benton Harbor with Rev. Don Turner officiating. Burial will follow next week in Chippawa Lake, Michigan. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Friday at Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Memorials may be made to the Living Stones Church of God. On December 17, 1978, she married Horace Boone in Warren, Michigan. Jan enjoyed spending time with her family & friends. She was a member of the Living Stones Church of God where her husband is the pastor. Jan is survived by her husband-Rev. Horace Boone; two sons-Joel Boone of Benton Harbor; Jesse Boone of Atlanta, Georgia; two daughters-Jeri Ann (Brian) Bird of Pontiac, MI; Betty (Don) Rhoten of Pontiac; five grandchildren; two brothers-Ron (Chris) Belisle of Detroit; Tom Belisle of California; and a sister-Lorretta (Tom) Schweyer of Bowling Green, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother-Marvin Belisle.
