Lydia's Obituary
Lydia Satonin, 89, of St. Joseph, passed away Friday, November 19, 2004 at Orchard Grove Extended Care Centre in Benton Harbor.
Arrangements are entrusted to Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, St. Joseph. Cremation has taken place. Memorials may be made to the Berrien County Cancer Service.
Mrs. Satonin was born June 19, 1915 to Andrew &Versa (Swan) Fabrick in Canton Massachusetts. She married Andrew Satonin and he preceded her in death in 1959. Lydia was employed at Barlow?s Laundry in St. Joseph for many years before her retirement. She resided at Lakeview Terrace in St. Joseph where she loved to play bingo and visit with her friends.
Mrs. Satonin is survived by her daughter-Annette (Robert) Diederich of Stevensville; three sons-Richard (Shelia) Satonin, Michael (Bette) Satonin, David (Darlene) Satonin; eleven grandchildren-Susan Diederich, David Diederich, Sharon (Bill) Stoner, Karen (Chris) Hartman, Sarah, Kate, & Matthew Satonin, Becka Satonin, Doris, Scott, & Laurie; two great grandchildren-Sarah & Adam Stoner. In addition to her husband & her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter-Sandra Alexander in 1966; a brother Walter Fabrick, and two sisters-Virginia Besemer and Sonia Zechiel.
