Brenda's Obituary
Brenda’s life began on June 12, 1926 in England the daughter of Frank and Anna (Murray) Watson. She was united in marriage to William Thomas Maier on June 15, 1946 in Dowagiac. Brenda worked as a secretary for the probate office and Southwestern Michigan College. Her loving family includes her daughters, Joan (Kim) Mulder of Grand Rapids, Donna (Kurt) Groepler of Billings, MT; grandchildren, Lauren Mulder, Spencer Mulder, Katie (Dan Freeland) Groepler; great grandchildren, Caleb and Isaac Kehrwald and sister, Marion Watson of England. Brenda passed away on Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Cass County Medical Care Facility. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Maier and son, Bill Maier. She will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery in Dowagiac. Memorial contributions in her name may be directed to the Cass County Medical Care Facility.
