Karl's Obituary

Karl Koller, 91, of Stevensville, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2004 at home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 A.M. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 211 Church St. St. Joseph. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in St. Joseph. Friends may call from 5-7 P.M. Friday at Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Karl was born January 22, 1913 in Austria to Frank & Theresia (Schutzenhofer) Koller. He served his country in the US Army during WWII. Karl was employed as a commercial carpenter and also operated a fruit farm at his home in Stevensville. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Carpenter?s Union. Karl is survived by several nieces & nephews including a niece Rosemary Meadors of North Lima, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Rosa Kozma, and two brothers Frank & Joseph Koller.
