Angela's Obituary
Angela Lynn Migala, 32, of Scottsdale, AZ, formerly of St.
Joseph, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 29, 2003.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 7,
11:00AM, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 211 Church St., St.
Joseph, with Father Larry Kroll officiating. Visitation will be
on Sunday, from 2:00-5:00 PM, with prayers at 5:00 P.M., at
Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd.,
St. Joseph, MI. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations
be made to Animal Aid or to the Humane Society.
Angie was born on May 3, 1971, in St. Joseph, MI. She was a
graduate of St. Joseph High School and received her
bachelors degree at Michigan State University. She continued
her education at Arizona State University, receiving her MBA
in 2001. She had been employed at ARS in Benton Harbor,
and with Marketing Partners in St. Joseph, and currently was
employed as an Assistant Vice President of National
Accounts at Bank One in Phoenix, AZ. Angie had a love for
travel, hiking, biking, the outdoors, and running; which was
exceeded only by her deep love for her family and friends.
She also loved animals, and she supported animal causes.
Angie will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her parents, mother-Beth (Lou) Jones of
Benton Harbor, and father-Gil (Marian) Migala of Berrien
Springs; brother, Jeff (Diana Watts) Migala and sister, Julie
Migala, both of St. Joseph; stepbrothers, Jeff (Diane) Jones
and Jerry (Jeannine) Jones, both of St. Joseph, John (Sue)
Franklin of Midlothian, VA, Mark Franklin of Southlake, TX,
Scott (Anne) Franklin of Denver, CO, and stepsister, Tina
(Jim) Sassano of Stevensville. She is also survived by her
special loved one, Mark Anderson of Scottsdale, AZ, and by
her faithful K-9 companion, Cheyenne; as well as a host of
aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Angie was
preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal
grandparents.
