Barbara Conlin

Barbara Ann Conlin, 59, of Eau Claire, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2004, at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Mich. A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday at 11:30 AM, at Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Burial will follow at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, and Mich. Friends may call on the family from 5:00- 8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Jackson, in Benton Harbor, Michigan. She married John R. ?Jack? Conlin on October 22, 1982 in Benton Harbor. Barbara was an officer of the V.F.W. Auxiliary and President of the M.O. C. Auxiliary. She volunteered her time at Berrien General Hospital and made crafts for the Veteran?s Hospital in Battle Creek as well as the local Nursing Homes. Barbara is survived by her husband John ?Jack? Conlin; stepchildren ? Patrick Joseph Conlin of St. Joseph, John Harold Conlin of St. Joseph, Laura (Mike) Bradley of St. Joseph, Frances (Joe) Kim of Fremont, Ohio, Sally (Chris) Kauffman of Sawyer, Mich., Katie (Craig) Brent of St. Joseph, Mich., Mary Julian of North Carolina, Jeanne (Frank) Briggs of Fenton, Mich., and Nancy (Lawrence) Parrott of Venice, Florida; 2 brothers ? Lou (Nita) Jackson of Anderson, Indiana, Jerry (Norma) Jackson of St. Joseph; 2 sisters ? Judy (Don) Stewart of Lansing, Mich., and Marty (Andy) Petersen of Austin, Texas; and 32 grandchildren.
