Gary's Obituary
Gary’s life began on October 13, 1963 in St. Joseph, MI, the son of Berl and Williamette (Williams) Beaver. Gary was proud to be a member of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians. He loved baseball, especially the Detroit Tigers, the University of Michigan, fishing, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren. His loving family includes his children, Ashlee Beavers and Derek Beavers both of Dowagiac; father, Berl Beavers; grandchildren, Gizhek and Kamis Beavers. Gary passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at his home in Dowagiac. He was preceded in death by his mother, Williamette Beavers and sister, Sandy Williams. His family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Yazel & Clark Chapel where his funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM.
