Leon V. Duchossois

Leon V. ?Lee? Duchossois, Jr., 74, of Stevensville, died Saturday, March 23, 2002 at Lakeland Specialty Hospital, Berrien Center. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Church of God, 2627 Niles Ave., St. Joseph with Rev. Greg Prather officiating. Burial will take place at Hickory Bluff Cemetery, Stevensville. Memorial donations may be made to the First Church of God. Lee was born on June 14, 1928 in LaPorte, Indiana to Leon & Anna (Kaska) Duchossois. He served his country during the Korean War in the US Navy. Lee retired in 1991 from Auto Owners Insurance Company of Lansing, Michigan. He was a member of the First Church of God, St. Joseph. Mr. Duchossois is survived by two sons-Doug Duchossois of Parma, OH, Tom D. Gore of Lakewood, OH; his daughter-Denice Bertino of Kent, OH; his granddaughter-Jessica Duchossois of Parma, OH; his brother-Louis Duchossois of Hills Corner, WI; and his sister-Mary Lotter of LaPorte, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents.
