Theodora Radde

Theodora ?Teddy? Radde, 91, of St. Joseph, died Tuesday, March 4, 2003, at Lakeland Hospital. Visitation will be from 4 to 6pm Sunday, March 09, 2003, at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10am, Monday, March 10, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 715 Market, St. Joseph, with Rev. Bob Barber officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. Those wishing to share a memory or sign the guest-book online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com Teddy was born March 11, 1911, in Benton Harbor, MI, to Theodore and Elizabeth (Miller) Mackus and graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1928. She married Louis C. Radde on January 5, 1935. Teddy was active in Trinity Lutheran Church for many years and continued to help with the weekly needs at Trinity up to her death. She took great joy in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was thankful for her good health and ability to visit with her friends and family. Survivors include her daughter Elizabeth (Guy) Arrans of St. Joseph; son Theodore Radde of Las Vegas, NV; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Louis in 1990, and son Terry Radde in 2002 and infant sister Ruth.
