Priscilla A. Mackenzie

Priscilla Anne MacKenzie, 75, of Niles, MI, formerly of St. Joseph, passed away Friday, May 3, at Lakeland Continuing Care Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:30pm, Monday, at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI, with Pastor Ben Blackiston-Berrien Center Bible Church. Mrs. MacKenzie was born on June 25, 1926 in Grand Rapids, MI, to Betty Stone Brady and William Brady. She was raised in the town of Sand Lake, MI by her mother and stepfather Clay Stapleton. She graduated from Sand Lake High School.Mrs. MacKenzie had been employed as a sales clerk at the Sears and JC Penney?s stores in Benton Harbor. Mrs. MacKenzie is survived by her three children-Meredith Ann Morrow of Miami, FL, Joyce(Alan)Prillwitz of Berrien Springs, MI and Michael MacKenzie of St. Joseph, MI; Also surviving are six grandchildren-Kimberly Morrow, Stephanie(Tom)Vaught, Heather Morrow, Chad, Jason & Kelly Prillwitz; four great grandchildren-Cody Fajardo, Skylar Morrow, Gabrielle Morrow & Brock Vaught; and her sister Jane Lawson of Pompano Beach, FL with her children Patricia Vobornik, Barry Moore, Betty Anne Moore and Mary Lucia Conway. She was preceded in death by her brother William Brady and sister Betty Brady, both formerly of Benton Harbor, MI.
