Dorothy's Obituary
Dorothy H. Brink, 80, of Benton Harbor, died December
22,2001 at Lakeland Hospital ? St. Joseph.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M. Thursday at Starks
& Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Road St.
Joseph. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Friends
may call from 5-8 Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Peace Temple United Methodist
Church, P.O. Box 1042, Benton Harbor, MI 49023-1042,
where she was a member.
Mrs. Brink was born on October 17, 1921 to Henry and
Bertha (Pinkoski) Bahm in Coloma MI. She was a 1940
graduate of Watervliet High School. On November 18, 1943
she married Edwin Brink. Dorothy formerly was active as a
Girl Scout leader, was an Elkette with the Benton Harbor Elks
Lodge # 544, and was very fond of cooking.
Mrs. Brink is survivored by her daughter-Kandyce Brink of
Benton Harbor; a sister Lydia Brown of Benton Harbor, and a
brotherNorman Bahm of Ripley, Mississippi. She was
preceded in death by her husband Edwin in 1990, and two
brothers Ron and Walter Bahm.
