Hazel's Obituary
Hazel M. Beach, 88, of Stevensville, MI, formerly of Lexington, MI, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2006, at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph.
Services will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Croswell Cemetery. Friends may send the family a condolence message or sign the guest book on-line at www.starks-menchinger.com.
Hazel was born to Robert and Ethel Ross on August 22, 1917, in Lynn Township, MI. She married Alton Beach in 1935, and he preceded her in death on December 27, 1999. Hazel attended Stevensville United Methodist Church and was a member of the Eastern Star in Lexington for many years. She enjoyed playing bridge at the Senior Center in St. Joseph.
Hazel is survived by her daughters, Yvonne (Chuck) Markos of Deerfield, IL and Marilyn (Dennis) McCann of Huntsville, AL; six grandchildren, one local Robert (Kathy) Burch of St. Joseph; and eight great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are entrusted to Kerley- Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI.
