Arabelle's Obituary
Arabelle’s life began on March 14, 1924 in Bainbridge Township, Berrien County, the daughter of Ross and Marjorie (Hill) Shippy. She was a graduate of Cassopolis Schools. Arabelle was united in marriage to Richard R. Allison on June 9, 1945 at the Cassopolis United Methodist Church. She loved to sew, work crossword puzzles and spend time with her grandchildren. Her loving family includes her husband Richard of Cassopolis, Mark (Rhonda) Allison of Niles, and Gail (Sterling) Ross of Decatur, five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Arabelle passed away on Thursday December 15, 2011 at West Wood of Niles. She is preceded in death by a son Ron Allison. Private services will take place at a later date.
