Frank Stasiak

Frank’s life began on March 9, 1930 in Dowagiac, the son of Andrew and Jenny (Kawfka) Stasiak. He was united in marriage to Alice Fay Sparks on March 24, 1956 in Niles. He was employed by Whirlpool Corporation for 28 years. Frank was an avid fisherman, hunter and gardener. He had a magic touch on everything outside. He is survived by his wife Fay of Marcellus, daughter Jackie ( Bill ) Rutherford of Waco, TX, grandchildren Shelley Oliver, John Arnold and Billy Rutherford, great grandson Jacob Oliver and a brother Stanley (Beverly) Stasiak of Niles. Frank passed away on Tuesday September 6, 2011 at Borgess Medical Center. He is preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers. Frank’s family will gather with friends on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at Yazel & Clark Chapel where his funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. led by Deacon Frank Wesolowski. He will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions in his name may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
