Glinda's Obituary
Glinda's life began on May 29, 1944 in Monett, AR, the daughter of George E. and Lola (Doughtery) Wilson. She was united in marriage to Junior W. Oliver on June 4, 1962 in Missouri. Glinda was a member of the Victory Tabernacle Church in Dowagiac. Her loving family includes her husband Junior Oliver of Dowagiac, children Glinda R. (Jacky) Maxwell of Tennessee, Neomi (Bill) Cox of Kentucky, Joseph (Loretta) Oliver of Dowagiac, Teruyo Wimberley of Dowagiac, and William (Lettie) Oliver of Dowagiac, grandchildren Joshua Maxwell, Audrea Maxwell, Kyle Noblin, Justin Noblin, Brandon Wimberley, Andrea Wimberley, Skyler Oliver, Bryce Oliver, Gregory Jones, James “Turtle†Jones and T-Shaun Wade, fourteen great grandchildren, sisters Ruby Barnhill, Brenda Oman, Carol Oman, Lorraine Wilson, Tami Oman and brothers Bill Wilson and John Oman. Glinda passed away on Monday July 24, 2011 at Lakeland Hospital in Niles. Services will be held at Victory Tabernacle at a later date. Yazel & Clark Chapel is serving the family.
