Cora's Obituary
Cora's life began on April 15, 1920 in Watervliet, the daughter of Orson E. and Faith C. (Hardy) Austin. She was united in marriage to Roland J. Huff on February 10, 1946 in Dowagiac. Cora was a homemaker, wife of 65 years, and a caring mother and grandmother. She attended Calvary Bible Church in Dowagiac. Her loving family includes her husband Roland of Dowagiac, daughter Terri Lynn (Richard) Smith of Dowagiac, and son Troy Huff of Kentucky, grandchildren Mary ( Thomas) Loving, Shawn ( John) Ford, Joseph ( Monique) Huff, Jacob Huff, Jennifer (Felipe Garcia) Huff, Heather (Christopher ) Cooper and Brian Smith, and eight great grandchildren. Cora passed away at her home on Saturday April 9, 2011. She is preceded in death by her sister Annetta Krugman. Her family will gather with friends on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Yazel & Clark Chapel where her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. led by Pastor Robert Vickroy of the Calvary Bible Church. Cora will be laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be directed to Calvary Bible Church.
