G.W. Reed (Dub) , 85 of Dowagiac went home to be with the lord on November 24, 2010. His life began in Leachville Arkansas on January 2, 1925. He was born to William and Lorraine (Mcpipe) Reed. He was a member of Victory Tabernacle Church of God in Dowagiac.Dub is survived by his wife Pauline of 58 years, son; Jim (Elaine) Reed of Coldwater, daughter; Diann (Benny) Alsup of Dowagiac, 5 granddaughters, 10 great grandchildren, sister; Betty Whorley of Belding MI,In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Gordon Wayne Reed, sister; Maevine Lindley, brother; Zebedee Reed. Funeral services were held on Sunday November 28, 2010. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the family.
