Jose's Obituary
Jose's life began on January 28, 1963 in Colima, Mexico, the son of Eduardo and Maria (Vega) Perez. He served in the military in his native country. Jose was united in marriage to Graciela (Palafox) in Colima in 1982. He was employed as a construction and salvage worker. His greatest joy was his family which includes his wife Graciela of Benton Harbor, his son Luis Eduardo Perez-Palafox of Benton Harbor and daughter Tania Perez, grandchildren Carlos Ruelas and Yaretzi Ruelas and several brothers, sister and other relatives and friends. Jose passed away on Monday September 22, 2010 as a result of a construction accident in Benton Harbor. His family will gather with friends on Wednesday from 12:00 until 2:30 p.m. at Yazel & Clark Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at St. Gabriel's Mission Catholic Church in Berrien Springs led by Father Arthur Howard.
