Catherine's Obituary
Catherine's life began on March 2, 1947 in Silerton, TN, the daughter of Thomas and Ruby (Vails) Stacks, Sr. She had worked as a field worker, a housekeeper and was the manager of White Pines Trailer Park in Sister Lakes. She is survived by her son Mark (Deborah) Johnson of Sioux City, IA, a sister Lessie “Tina†Meyer and Phyllis Lane both of Dowagiac and nieces Mary Soto, Amber Henslee (Goddaughter), Samanta Soto, Mercedes Rodriguez, Andria Casares, Trish (Tim) Seabert & boys, Gina Senter, Brenda Cakebread, Jeannie Marie Stacks, Danielle Rogers, nephews Jr. Henslee, Tee Bone, Tommy Stacks Dwayne Rogers, brother-in-law Eddie Rogers, Theodore (Sue) Hughes. Catherine passed away on Saturday September 11, 2010 at her home in Chestnut Towers in Dowagiac. Private family services have taken place. Yazel & Clark Chapel is serving the family.
