Wade D. Telaar

Wade's life began on May 14, 1954 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, the son of Doyle and Ann (Harris) Telaar. He was united in marriage in August of 1992 to Denise Stegall Telaar, who preceded him in death in 2006. Wade had been employed by Mennel Milling Company in Dowagiac and most recently by Coca Cola in Paw Paw. He and Denise were master gardeners, operating Enchanted Gardens. They loved to be together working outside. His family includes his mother Ann Telaar of Dowagiac, sister Jane (Andy) Anderson of Dowagiac, step sons Daniel (Stephannie) Hoff of Fort Wayne, and Charles (Noriko) Hoff of Okinawa, Japan, nieces and nephews Timothy (Casey) Anderson of Cedar Rapids, IA, Joshua (Mary Brown) Anderson of St. Louis, Dale (Stephanie) Anderson of Livonia, step grand children Mike Hoff, John Hoff, both of Fort Wayne, Cole Hoff and Emmy Hoff, both of Okinawa, great nieces Julia Robinson, Victoria Anderson, both of Cedar Rapids and Amelia Anderson of Livonia. Wade passed away on November 27, 2009 at his home. In addition to his wife, Wade is preceded in death by his father Doyle Telaar. His family will gather with friends on Sunday February 7, 2010 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Yazel & Clark Chapel where his memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. led by Pastor Jon Den Houter.
