Rosemary Doroh

Rosemary “Rose” Doroh, 92, of Benton Harbor, MI passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph.  A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, November 17, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 619 Market St., St. Joseph with Pastor Michael Roth officiating. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens. Friends may visit from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. She graduated from Three Oaks High School in 1944. On September 16, 1944 she married Gerhardt Doroh in St. Joseph. Rose was a homemaker. She also worked in the café at Heath CO. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where she was a member of Ladies Aide and assisted with funeral luncheons and various other activities. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling with her husband.  Rose is survived by her husband Gerhardt Doroh; sons, Rev. Gerhardt (Rita) Doroh, Duane (Carma) Doroh, Rev. David (Dorie) Doroh, Larry (Mary) Doroh and Kenneth (Barb) Doroh; grandchildren, Phillip (Melanie) Doroh, Paul (Stacy) Doroh, Peter (Lisa) Doroh, Andrew (Holly) Doroh, Teresa (Don) Henderson, Rachel Archer, Jonathan (Melissa) Doroh, Mark (Misty) Doroh, Brandon (Janet) Doroh, Doug (Claire) Doroh and Kirsten (Ken) Ruff; 25 great- grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren. Rose was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Ludwig Fadder, Marie Harner, Linda Upson, Lydia Doroh, William Fatter and Edward Fatter.
