Jasiiyah Aldridge

Jasiiyah’s life began on October 9, 2008 in South Bend; the daughter of Leon Aldridge III and Jacqueline Alejandra Robles. Jasiiyah was a good baby and a hard fighter. She passed from this life into the next on March 27, 2009 surrounded by her family at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Jasiiyah was a gift from God and the light of her parents’ life. She is survived by her parents, Leon Aldridge and Jaqueline Robles, a sister, Davianna Leona Robles, grandparents Fausto Robles of Ecuador, South America and Deborah Robles of Dowagiac, Leon II and Kristie Aldridge of Niles, aunts and uncles: Tameka Day of Michigan City, Charlie Day of Michigan City, Marcus of Niles, Nicholas of Michigan City Zackary of Michigan City, Michael of Niles, Kevin and Jody of Dowagiac, Fausto “Alex” of Madison, TN, Amanda of Dowagiac and Angela of Niles. Jasiiyah’s family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 1st from 1-2 p.m. at McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home where her tribute service will be held at 2 p.m. Jasiiyah will be laid to rest following the service at Riverside Cemetery in Dowagiac.
