Evelyn's Obituary
Evelyn R. Ruhno, 82, of St. Joseph, went to meet her Lord &
Savior on July 24, 2003 at Orchard Grove Extended Care
Centre in Benton Harbor. A Celebration of Life Service will
be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday at Starks & Menchinger
Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Burial will
follow at Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8
P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be
made to Trinity Lutheran Church or the Michigan Diabetes

Miss Ruhno was born May 16, 1921 in St. Joseph to Emil &
Amanda (Yeske) Ruhno. She attended Trinity Lutheran
School and graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1939.
Evelyn was employed by Bendix Corp., retiring as the payroll
clerk in 1978 after 39 years of employment. Evelyn was a
member of Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Joseph.
Evelyn is survived by her sister-Margaret Ruhno of
Stevensville; two brothers-Gene (Lydia) Ruhno of St. Joseph,
Marshall (Alice) Ruhno of Lansing, MI; and many nieces &
nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister
and brother-in-law-Dorothy & Edward Mosimann, and two
brothers-Earl & Raymond Ruhno.
