Shirley's Obituary
Shirley Parrish, 87, of South Haven, Michigan died Saturday, March 17, 2012 at her home. She was born on May 22, 1924 to Louis and Mary (Scanlan) Otto in South Haven, Michigan. Shirley married George E. Parrish on May 25, 1946. She belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxillary and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – George E. Parrish. A son – Chuck Parrish. A sister – Alice Clarke. Two brothers – Richard and Donald Otto. And an infant grand daughter.
She is survived by her children – George W. Parrish, of Fennville, Michigan. Louis O. Parrish and Duff (Diane) Parrish, both of South Haven Michigan, and Deborah K. Parrish of Lawrence, Michigan. A sister – Naomi Ignelzi of Port Ritchie, Florida. 11 grand children. A step-grandchild. And 5 great-grand children.
