Florene's Obituary
Florene Marie Storr, 84, of South Haven, beloved wife of 66 years and mother passed away on January 26, 2012. She was born on September 15, 1927 to Coy and Margaret (Stephens) Melton in Montgomery, Alabama. She was involved in the PTA and the Chamber of Commerce in South Haven. Florene enjoyed Canadian fishing trips, traveling, crocheting and reading.
Proceeded in death by her parents and her brothers – Coy (Sonny) Melton Jr., William (Willie) Melton, and Louie Melton. Her sister – Marylon Gregory.
She is survived by her husband – Carl Storr, her children – Carol (Ron) Wall, Kalamazoo, MI, Carl Storr and Chuck Storr of South Haven, MI. Her grandson – Ron (Debra) Wall Jr. of Kalamazoo, MI. Her sisters – Margaret (Gerald) Clarke of Vancouver Island, Phyllis (Bud) Weegar of British Columbia, and Carylon (Ron) Elliott of Saskatchewan.
