Charlotte's Obituary
Charlotte Sherman, 87, of South Haven died on January 14, 2012 at River Ridge Retirement Community in South Haven, MI. She was born on November 19, 1924 to James and Lucy Jensen. Charlotte was a member of the First Congregational Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband – Porter Sherman, one daughter – Marjo Daggett, one sister – Mary Lou Behrman and one brother – Jim Jensen
She is survived by her children – Porter C. (Belinda) Sherman, Ann (Scott) Raue and Betty (Sandy) Dopp all of South Haven, Michigan. Grandchildren – Jeremy (Emily), Terry (Erin), Amy (Paul), Missy (Aaron), Stacy (Mike), Sheila and nine great-grandchildren. Her brother – Ben Jensen.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 20 from 1-2 PM at the First Congregational Church with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM with Rev Jeffrey S. Dick officiating. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the First Congregational Church or Hospice at Home of South Haven.
