Arnold's Obituary
Arnold Ray Heard, 74, of Covert, MI died on October 8, 2011 at Tender Care Nursing Home in Kalamazoo. He was born on September 26, 1937 in Chicago, IL. to Reginald and Eula Heard. Arnold served his country in the US Navy. Arnold worked at Contech in Dowagiac for over 15 years retiring do to health reasons.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters and one nephew
Arnold is survived by his daughter – Arlene Wright of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Stepson, Mark (Anita) Wright and his mother, Debra Wright, all of Covert. His brother – Gerald (Linda) Heard of Sugargrove, IL. Also surviving is his extended family of the Wrights, Tylers and Laws.
Wake will be on Thursday, October 13 from 1-2 pm at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2 pm with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating. Kindly share you thoughts and memories on the family online guest book at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
