Darrell Wesley's Obituary
Darrell Wesley Lainhart, 82, of South Haven died Tuesday, March 15 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
He was born July 30, 1928 in Hamilton, Ohio to Claud and Mary (Hubbard) Lainhart. Darrell served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He married Lue Osborne on May 28, 1949 in Campbell County, Kentucky. Darrell worked as a Security Guard at Bohn Aluminum in South Haven. He also worked for a Steel Factory in the Chicago area.
He is preceded in death along with his parents by his wife – Lue Lainhart who died in 1990.. Two sisters – Ruth Neal and Fay Ridz and brother – Jerry Lainhart also precedes him.
He is survived by his three daughters – Linda D. Luna of Covert, Michigan, Clara Falsey of Michigan and Phyllis Nebren of Indiana. Two grandchildren – Darrell Luna and Gina “Little Bit” Luna. Five great grandchildren. One brother – John Lainhart of North Vernon, Indiana.
Visitation will beSaturday, March 19 from 3:30 – 5 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating.
