Georga's Obituary
Georgia “GK” Ann Kunst, 73, of South Haven died Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
She was born March 18, 1937 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Lloyd C. and Luella (Arnt) Bell. Georgia married Ronald R. Kunst on March 8, 1967 at the First English Lutheran Church in South Haven. Georgia worked for GE in Holland, South Haven Coil and was a waitress at the Lions Den in South Haven. She enjoyed fishing, loved to host parties and always enjoyed the fireworks.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – Ronald Kunst who died January 23, 2010. Three brothers – Charles, James and Harold Bell, her sister – Sharron Tranker also precedes her.
She is survived by her son – Lawrence Dean Burns of Gobles, Michigan and daughter – Dawn Marie (Garry) Adams of Bloomingdale, Michigan. Eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Two sisters – Ella (Leroy) Hogle of Pullman, Michigan and Bernice Binkley of South Haven, Michigan. Brother-in-law – Dick (Donna) Kunst of Florida, sister-in-laws – Alice Lull of Florida and Verna Kunst of St. Joseph, Michigan also survives.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 PM on Saturday, July 17, at Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Memorial services will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home with Mr. Leroy Hogle officiating.
