Stephen's Obituary
Stephen “Butch” Daniels, 63, of South Haven died Sunday, January 31 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
He was born July 25, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to Harley Daniels and Louise (Peoples) Barnett. Butch graduated from South Haven High School. Butch married Willie Mae Daniels. He worked as a truck driver for Bohn Aluminum, Four Star Corp. and West Michigan Flocking. Butch enjoyed Motorcycle bike riding and music.
He is preceded in death by his mother – Louise Barnett. Step father – Dove Bruce. His wife – Willie Mae Daniels who died in 2006. One brother – Ricky Barnett and two sisters – Arlene Bruce and Cybil Barnett.
He is survived by his children – Stephanie Daniels, Georgette Jeffries, Stephen Bowers and Herbert Daniels all of South Haven. His father – Harley Daniels of Chicago, Illinois. Nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. One sister – Denise (Ronald) Bailey of Chicago, Illinois also survives.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 4, from 12:30 – 1:30 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin Thursday, at 1:30 P.M. at the funeral home with Mr. Bill Odebrect officiating. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery.
