Dominick's Obituary
Dominick F. D’Amore, 66, passed on Sunday, January 31 at his home at Rose Adult Foster Care in Bangor, Michigan.
Dominick was born May 30, 1943 in South Haven, Michigan to Frank and Connie D’Amore. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his sister, Marietta (Ron) Kozlik, four nieces, many cousins, his loving care givers, Pat and Deb Rose, Kathy Slates and Leslie Rhodes.
Dominick loved “two red pie, two root beers, chocolate bars and potato chips”. He attended the VanBuren County Rehab Center for many years. He had the support of many people from VanBuren County Mental Health. Dominick’s parents were among the founders of the VanBuren County Retarded Children’s Association.
The family is grateful. to Dr. Richard Allen, for the services of South Haven Hospice at Home and Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven.
