Richard A.'s Obituary
Richard A. Light, 53, of South Haven passed away peacefully Thursday, January 15 at home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born August 12, 1955 in Muskegon, Michigan to Ben R. and Bertha Mae (Collins) Light.
He is survived by his daughter – Bright E. (Michael) Vodek and son – Samuel Adam Light. Grandchildren – Miracle, Alex and Zowie Nicole all of Maiden, North Carolina. 2 sisters – Pamela Light Parker and Nancy Quickery. 3 brothers – Randy Light, Bennie Light and Robert Light. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 24 at the First Baptist Church of South Haven with a luncheon to follow. Memorial contributions can be made to the family. Kindly share your thoughts and memories on the family’s online guest book at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
