Rebecca Earl's Obituary
Rebecca Earl King, 89, of Chicago and formerly of South Haven died Wednesday, October 8 at South Shore Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
She was born March 2, 1919 in Meridian, Mississippi to Albert and Annie B. (Bourdeaux) King. Rebecca worked as a Registered Nurse for St. Joseph Hospital, Jackson Park Hospital and VA Hospital all in the Chicago area.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her brother – Inman King.
She is survived by her daughter – Mickle Ward-King of Chicago, Illinois and son – Earnest Miller of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Memorial services will be Saturday, October 18 at 2:00 P.M. at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home with Rev. Father Robert Flickinger officiating. The family will visit with friends beginning a 1:30 at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Monks Cemetery in Geneva Township.
