Mario's Obituary
Mario Saucedo, 47, of South Haven died Tuesday, September 2 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
He was born February 14, 1961 in Sta Catarina, Michoacan, Mexico to Antonio and Portiria (Corona) Saucedo. Mario worked as a machinist for the Bolt & Screw Company in Melrose Park, Illinois for 23 years. Mario also worked on his daughters blueberry farm. Mario was an excellent musician. He was a song writer, singer and played the violin.
He is preceded in death by his father – Antonio Saucedo and brother – Efrain Saucedo.
He is survived by four daughters – Magdalena Saucedo, Dianna C. Saucedo, Ibet Saucedo and Maritzo Saucedo all of Covert, Michigan. Mother – Portiria Saucedo of Covert, Michigan. Two sisters – Delia Alcauter of Chicago, Illinois and Alicia Saucedo of Columbus, Ohio. His dog – Pucci also survives.
Visitation will be Friday, September 5 from 3 – 9 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at St. Basil Catholic Church with Rev.
