Marion's Obituary
Marion Arlene Bills, 80, of South Haven Township passed away Friday, June 27 at Countryside Nursing and Rehabilitation Community.
She was born February 2, 1928 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Henrietta (Morganstern) and George Young. She was married to Carl W. Bills on June 10, 1949 in Allegan, Michigan. Marion and her husband enjoyed big lake fishing. Marion also loved jigsaw puzzles and walking. Marion also enjoyed playing Bingo at Wal-Mart and spending time with her grand children.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl W. Bills who passed away in 1998, and one sister- Patty Young.
She is survived by one daughter- MaryAnn (John) Smith of Grand Junction, Michigan and one son- Randy (Diane) Bills of South Haven, Michigan. Four grandchildren, Stacey and Ryan Bills and Ashlee and Devin Smith. One brother also survives- Bill (Bonnie) Young of Laguna Niguel, California.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 1, from 6 - 8 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:30 A.M at the funeral home with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice at Home.
