Zachary Pietrzykowski

Zachary Bryan Pietrzykowski, 7, of Holland died Wednesday, June 25 at University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor.

He was born June 9, 2001 in South Haven, Michigan to Brad Pietrzykowski and Monica Adams. Zachary was in the first grade and attended Holland Heights Elementary School in Holland, Michigan. Zachary was a Cub Scout. Zachary enjoyed Monster Trucks especially Grave Digger, Dinosaurs, his favorite – Sharp Tooth, and trains especially Thomas the Train. Zachary’s favorite thing to do is go swimming and his favorite saying is Grrrrrrr.

He is preceded in death by his grandfathers – Tom Adams who died in 1999 and Tony Vaughn in 2007.

He is survived by his mother – Monica Adams of Holland, Michigan. Father – Brad Pietrzykowski of Pullman, Michigan. One brother – Blake Austin Pietrzykowski of Pullman, Michigan. Two sisters – Aryanna Jackson and Sabryna Adams both of Holland, Michigan. Grandparents – Glenda Vaughn, Carol and Jimmy Holmes and Larry Adams. Aunts and uncles – Ashley Vaughn, Amy Adams, Maria Machado, Timothy Adams, and Dustin Vaughn. Grand Jan – Rosemary Jackson and several cousins also survive.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 29 from 2-4 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, June 30 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Bob Herman officiating. Burial will take place at Arlington Cemetery Bangor, Michigan. Memorial contributions can be made to Consumers Credit Union where an account has been set up in his name. A memorial service will also be held on Wednesday, July 2 at 4:00 P.M. at the Calvary Reformed Church on 8th St. Holland, Michigan.
