Willie's Obituary
Willie Taft Jr., 57, of Covert died Tuesday, June 3 at 5:30 P.M. at Heartland Health Care Center in Three Rivers, Michigan
He was born March 10, 1951 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Willie and Lessie Mae Taft.
He is preceded in death along with his parents by a sister – Thelma Taft Tyler.
He is survived by one sister – Hazel Taft of Bangor, Michigan. Two brothers – Anthony Hasan of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Larry Taft of Dallas, Texas. Special friend – Gloria Braswell and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
Wake will be on Tuesday, June 10 from 1 - 2 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Covert Cemetery. Kindly share your thoughts and memories on the family’s online guest book at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
