Jimmie's Obituary
Jimmie Richard Owens, 67 died on March 20, 2008 at South Haven Community Hospital.
Jimmie was born on March 16, 1941 in Centralia, Illinois. Jimmie worked for Trelleborg Inc. as a molder, lab assistant and maintenance for 40 years retiring in 2004. He enjoyed fixing up and painting cars. Jimmie also loved to play Xbox and Play Station II video games. He also enjoyed hunting.
He was preceded in death by his step father, Bobby Perry, and his sister, Claudia Candy Gross.
He is survived by his wife Ollie Mae Owens and his mother – Clara Maxine Perry. His children - Jodie (John) Yeider of Bangor, Michigan, Tony Owens and Robert (Rose) Owens both of South Haven, Michigan, Thomas (Samantha) Owens of Anderson, South Carolina and Dodie (William) Burrows of Rushville, Indiana.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 26th from 11 – 1 pm at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home with funeral service starting at 1:00 pm with the Pastor Duane Jones officiating.
