Romeo's Obituary
Romeo S. Palmucci, 71 died on Saturday, February 16, 2008 at the South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community. He was born on October 10, 1936 in Italy to John and Stella (Brillante) Palmucci. Romeo worked at Bohn Aluminum for many years as a machine operator until his retirement in 1996. He was a member of St Basil Catholic Church. He was an avid stamp and coin collector.
Romeo is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Lori Palmucci.
He is survived by his brother - Sabatino (Angelica) Palmucci of Saugatuck, Michigan and his sister - Rita (Tony) Bonamego of Vicenza, Italy. His nieces – Carla Palmucci, Rosanna Sellers and Adrian Jones and his nephews – Alex, John Luigi and Maurice Palmucci. Great-nieces – Carla and Nadia, great-nephew – Vincent.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 20 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, February 21 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Basil Catholic Church with Rev.
