Adam's Obituary

Adam Peter Lancy, 82, of Kenosha, Wisconsin died Tuesday, February 12 at Harbor Health Center in Douglas, Michigan.

He was born February 16, 1925 in Chicago, Illinois to Samuel and Martha (Sweety) Lancy. Adam worked as a mail carrier for the City of Chicago for 24 years. He was always smiling and making people laugh. Adam enjoyed walking, playing his guitar and watching figure skating.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother – Carl Lancy

He is survived by his son – Samuel Lancy of Kenosha, Wisconsin. Four step-daughters – Shirley (Robert)Westergrin of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Darlene (Fred) Christen of Osseo, Wisconsin, Irene (John) Kruschke of Fairchild, Wisconsin and Ethel (Dale) Lahn of Independance, Wisconsin. Two sisters – Pauline (Ted) Zuacki of South Haven, Michigan and Louise (Walter) Kopecki of Chicago, Illinois. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 16 from 1 – 3 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home with Rev.
