Barbara's Obituary
Barbara M. Cowell, 70, of South Haven died Monday, January 14 at Haven Park Christian Nursing Home in Zeeland, Michigan.
She was born January 5, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Marie (Heintz) Conrad. Barbara worked for Lifesavers in Holland, Michigan for over 20 years. She was a former volunteer for the South Haven Community Hospital Auxiliary and South Haven Area Hospice. Barbara was a member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church in South Haven. Barbara loves to read and do crossword puzzles.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by he three daughters – Sherry Fagin of Miami Beach, Florida, Donna Paskin of South Haven, Michigan, and Lana Heavilin of Hamilton, Michigan. Five grandchildren – Rachel, Erin and Paige Heavilin, Chelsea and Corey Onken.
Memorial services will be Saturday, January 19 at 11:00 A.M. at Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Robert Linstrom officiating. A luncheon will follow at the church.
