Marilynn Joy's Obituary
Marilynn Joy (Binkley) Hinton, 58 of South Haven passed away on January 11, 2008 at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Marilynn was born on May 14, 1949 in Three Rivers, Michigan to Linford and Voyola (Louis) Van Zile. Marilynn married Charles Hinton on September 20, 1985. Marilynn was a long time employee of the Kirsh Company in Sturgis, Michigan. While in South Haven, she has worked as a secretary for Hardt Insurance.
Marilynn is preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister – Dawn Boston in 1991.
She is survived by her husband – Charles and one son – Jeff Binkley and one grandson - Kegan Binkley of White Pigeon, Michigan. two step-children – James (Debra) Hinton of Lowell, Michigan and Terena Hinton of South Haven, Michigan and granddaughter – Alexandra Hinton. One sister – Sonja (Fletcher) West of Three Rivers, Michigan.
A visitation will be from 10 – 11 A.M on Monday, January 14 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home with a memorial service starting 11:00 A.M with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating. Burial will take place at Monk Cemetery.
