Roger Webb Jr.

Roger Bobby Webb Jr., 32, of Covert died Tuesday, October 9 at the home of his sister’s in Bangor.

He was born May 8, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois to Roger B. and Alesia (Johnson) Webb Sr. Roger graduated from Covert High School in 1994. Roger married Terra Phelps in October 2005. Roger was a business owner of Tauras Grafix. He also worked in some of the factories in the area. Roger enjoyed art, computers and most of all spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother – Para Lee Johnson and grandfather – Roger Williams.

He is survived by his Parents – Roger and Alesia Webb of Covert, Michigan. Five children – Ashley Klock of Marcellus, Michigan, Catlin Webb of St. Joseph, Michigan, Jazmin Webb of Benton Harbor, Michigan, Patricia Webb of South Haven, Michigan and Miracle Webb of Covert, Michigan. Two sisters – Tamara (Adam) Webb Yancey of Bangor, Michigan and Ayodele Webb of Lansing, Michigan. One brother – Jonathan
Webb of Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. Wife - Terra Webb of Goshen, Indiana Step-son – Michael Phelps and two step-daughters. Grandparents – Odessa Johnson, Mildred Johnson, John and Barbara Fuller. 5 nieces and 1 nephew, a host of family and friends also survive.

Visitation will be Friday, October 12 from 6 - 8 PM at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:30 A.M. at the Greater Faith Community Church with Pastor Bernice Thomas officiating. The church is located at 03219 66th St. Visitation will also be at the church prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place at Covert Cemetery.
