Irene's Obituary
Irene M. Farnham, 83, of South Haven died Friday, July 6 at South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community.
She was born May 21, 1924 in South Haven, Michigan to Elmer and Lula (Bailey) Leverton. Irene worked in the accounting department at the Du Well Corporation until she retired.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother – Elmer Allen Leverton, and sister – Marie Whitney and a nephew – Tom Snipes.
She is survived by one sister – Genevieve Snipes of Dallas, North Carolina. Four nephews and two nieces also survive.
A graveside service will take place on Tuesday, July 10 at 1:00 P.M. at Lakeview Cemetery with Pastor Dave Smith officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to South Haven Area Hospice. Kindly share your thoughts and memories on the family’s online guest book at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
