Wilburn's Obituary
Wilburn Bradshaw Sumners Sr., 64, of Pullman died Friday, March 30 at his home.
He was born February 21, 1943 in Leachville, Arkansas to Julius and Drucilla (Thomas) Sumners. Wilburn worked in construction specializing in roofing. He also was a blueberry farmer.
He is preceded in death along with his parents by a brother – Wayne Sumners.
He is survived by three sons – Wilburn Sumners Jr. of Livingston, Montana, Steven (Angie)Sumners of Hartford, Michigan and James Sumners of Fairburn, Georgia. One granddaughter – Faith Sumners. Three sisters – Sue Harn of Grand Junction, Michigan, Carolyn Sumners of Pullman, Michigan and Diane Bury of Pullman, Michigan. One brother – James Sumners of South Haven, Michigan. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 3 from 12 – 2 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
