Ann's Obituary
Ann Waxman, 95, of South Haven passed away on December 31, 2006 at Countryside Nursing and Rehabilitation Community in South Haven. She was born on October 25, 1911 in Russia to Samuel and Sarah Sokolsky. Ann owned her own business, Ann’s Petite Gift Shop, in Chicago for 25 years. She also owned and operated Ann and Shelly’s Gift Shop in South Haven.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, a sister, and her husband; Henri Waxman who died in 1978.
She is survived by her sons; Sheldon (Kathy) Waxman of South Haven, Michigan and Ronald (Elaine) Waxman of Highland Park, Illinois. Five grandchildren.
Private family services were held at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven, Michigan 269-637-0333.
