Maxine A.'s Obituary
Maxine A. Finley, 79, of South Haven, Michigan died Thursday, October 26 at South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community.
She was born April 3, 1928 in South Haven, Michigan to Cora V. (Wheeler) and Charles A. Poindexter.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – JT Finley and son – David C. Finley on July 19, 2001 and brother Herbert Poindexter
She is survived by two daughters – Cora Carpenter of South Haven, MI and Diana (JC) Newell of Camdenton, MO. Two sons – Donald Finley and Jay Finley both of Hartford, MI. 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. One sister Pearlen Baer of Fountain Hills, AZ. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, November 1 at 4:00 P.M. at Chambers Cemetery in Geneva Township with Pastor Anthony Kuenzli officiating. Kindly share your thoughts and memories on the family’s online guest book at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
