Eva Mae's Obituary
Eva Mae Jubar, 71, of Grand Junction died Tuesday, October 17 at Metron of Bloomingdale.
She was born October 17, 1934 in Culman, Alabama to Charles and Dessie Mae (Williams) Ross. Eva loved to fish and enjoyed flowers and gardening. Eva loved family gatherings and being around babies.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – Hubert Richard Jubar who died in 1993. A brother – Clifford Ross also preceded him in 2005.
She is survived by two sons – Alfred Hendrix of Rector, Arkansas and Steve (Dayna) Back of Ansonia, Ohio. Four daughters – Cynthia Bixler of Union City, Ohio, Elaine Gibbs of Mattawan, Michigan, Loretta (Larry) Burgett of Grand Junction, Michigan, and Yvon Jubar of Bangor, Michigan. 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. One brother – Bobby Ross of Lawrenceville, Georgia. Two sisters – Deannia Ogles and Susie Young both of Sylvania, Alabama.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 19 from 12:30 – 1:30 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Jeffrey S.
